Sports Massage / Clinical Therapy-

The methods we employ may include any of the following according to your needs:
Deep-Tissue Massage-
Deep compressive massage, fiber lengthening, or deep friction techniques, for encouraging deep blood flow, nutrition, and tissue re-organization.
Neuro-Muscular Therapy-
Methods of promoting proper function of the muscles and connective tissues by re-education of the mechanisms which control their function. By gentle positioning, holding, stretching, or active movement, to encourage the body-mind to re-establish motion in parts of the body where it has been lost.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage-

Cranial-Sacral Therapy-

Acupressure / Shiatsu / Thai Massage-

- Scott Losoya, or may be requested in their traditional form, on a floor-mat.
Structural Re-Organization-
Complete postural evaluation and bodywork methods which improve posture and
function by re-establishing proper alignment of the skeleton and fascial planes
of the body. Master therapist - Scott Losoya may combine any number of techniques
from his broad experience, including - Feldenkrais Therapy, Alexander Technique,
Muscle Energy Technique, and Visceral Manipulation. This type of bodywork is
similar to what you would receive from Rolfing or Structural Integration bodywork,
however Scott has a knack for being able to achieve results without the painful deep
tissue techniques often associated with this type of bodywork.
