Sports Massage / Clinical Therapy- Our medical-sports massage therapists can better accommodate the needs of the competitive athlete, active individual, or anyone who has specific injuries, loss of function, or chronic pain - By promoting maximum efficiency through ideal function. The methods we employ may include any of the following according to your needs:

Deep-Tissue Massage- Deep compressive massage, fiber lengthening, and friction techniques; To encourage deep blood flow, nutrition, and tissue re-organization.

Neuro-Muscular Therapy- Methods of promoting proper function of the muscles and connective tissues by re-education of the mechanisms which control their function.
